The reason why I chose the School of Design
I applied to the university because I was fascinated by the fact that I could study design with an engineering approach. It was one of the few national universities where you could study design, and it had excellent facilities, so when I found it, I thought, "This is it!". Also, I will be moving to the Ohashi Campus in my second year. I wanted to be in the city.
My most memorable class
I haven't taken many specialized classes yet, but I was impressed by the class on drawing figures. The teacher teaches us one by one, so it's easy to understand, and I hope to be able to draw quickly and easily on my own soon.
My student life
In my club, I make costumes for fashion shows and play badminton, and after classes, I go for my part-time job. I'm trying things for the first time, but I'm having a lot of fun at the club and my part-time job because my seniors and classmates are so kind and fun.
Message to prospective students
I enjoy university life because I have more time for myself than I thought I would, and I can do what I want. There are many different people, teachers' classes, and facilities at Geiko, so I hope you will join us and have many different experiences. I know it's hard work, but please do your best to study!
