Two students graduated

Two undergraduate-course students, Mr. Kaisei Shiraki and Mr. Rei Hiromi, graduated this year on 24 March 2017. Another student, Mr. Akihiko Shichida, graduated in September 2016.

Mr. Shiraki studied perception of degraded speech with interruption, local time-reversal, and noise insertion. Mr. Hiromi examined experimental methods in obtaining intelligibility measures of locally time-reversed speech. Both students left valuable data that will open the way to further investigations. Mr. Akihiko Shichida studied perception of locally time-reversed speech by Chinese-native listeners, and contributed to form a basis of these investigations.
