[Open Call] Department of Environmental Design, Faculty of Design, Kyushu University invites applications for a faculty (one Associate Professor or Assistant Professor)

In accordance with the spirit of the “Basic Law for a Gender-Equal Society” and the principles and policies of “Gender Equality at Kyushu University” (as of April 1, 2016), the Department of Environmental Design, Faculty of Design, Kyushu University invites applications for a female faculty member as follows ¹.

9. Qualifications (specific requirements for the position):
A female researcher who has a deep interest in and understanding of Geijutsukougaku and is capable of teaching and research that meets the following conditions.
1) A doctoral degree or equivalent experience.
2) Excellent research and related planning and design achievements in the field of urban planning, landscape architecture.
3) Achievements in refereed academic papers, books, works, etc., of which she is the first author.
4) A track record of obtaining competitive external funds, etc., of which the applicant is the representative, is desirable.
5) Ability to cooperatively participate in the administrative work of the department, graduate school, and school.

10. Compensation: To be determined in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University based on experience and other factors.
