Miyawaki Miniforests Symposium by School of Architecture and Built Environment

Professor Masakazu Tani and Associate Professor Kazuo Asahiro of the Department of Environmental Design, Faculty of Design, Kyushu University, together with Dr Scott Hawkin (Director of Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning, School of Architecture and Built Environment, University of Adelaide, Australia), with the support of the Australia-Japan Foundation in FY2022, will host the “Miyawaki Miniforests Symposium” will be held on the following dates.

The first day will focus on the topic of urban forests and other forest development in Japan and around the world, while the second day will focus on developments using digital technology.
