Teaching subjects (or part of subjects) such as below depending on candidate’s area of expertise:
Applied Linguistics

as well as assistance for student supervision may be required.
(3)Graduate School of Design (Department of Design, Media Design course (Ohashi Campus)
Teaching omnibus subjects maybe required.

9.Qualifications
The applicant must have a comprehensive understanding and interest in the study of design and also fulfill the following conditions.
(1)The candidate must possess Ph.D. degree or equivalent level of research achievements.
(2)The candidate must have high level of English proficiency skills and experience of teaching English at university or equivalent level of higher education institution, and the ability to teach in both Japanese and English.
(3)The candidate must be able to support teaching and research in the Media Design course in the Faculty of Design and the Graduate School of Design.
(4)The candidate must have ability to manage administration works at school of design, faculty of design, department of design and university-wide operation with a collaborative attitude.

10.Treatment:
(1)Wages: The annual salary system (annual salary system introduced on April 1, 2020) will be applied.
The amount of annual salary will be determined in accordance with relevant regulations of Kyushu University based on experience, etc.

(2)Working Hours: Under the Discretionary Labor System for Professional Work, the person is considered to have worked 7 hours and 45 minutes.
