Assistant Professor Mao Kudo won the Universal Design Consumer Winner 2021 at the Universal Design Competition 2021 in München.
This award was given to “Sign Design ease of understanding for people with Intellectual Disabilities”, which was designed by her based on the survey finding for high school students with intellectual disabilities on the comprehensibility of pictograms and ruby.
