Today, the place of production and the place of consumption are separated, making it difficult to understand the place of production. Therefore, this design brings the sake brewery to Nakasu to create a place to understand production in daily life. The brewing process was volumized from the area of the necessary machinery and stacked vertically. By creating a place to experience the by-products of the brewing process around the brewery, we created a system that allows visitors to feel close to the production process.
