My current job

I work as a designer in the manga industry while also being active as a sculptor.
Both professions have been a part of my life since my university days. "Design from 1 to infinity" and "Art from 0 to 1" constantly resonate with each other, creating a relationship that is essential to me.
When work gets hectic, my leopard gecko, Tamegorou, helps me out.

How I spent my student life

I watched an incredible number of films. In my 3rd and 4th years, I was watching one film a day.
At the same time, I always working with clay. The process of confronting the self that "consumes art" and the self that "is consumed by art" gave birth to works that became a driving force within me—one that still resides in me today.
Additionally, my university life was blessed with connections that I could never fully describe in writing. I am grateful for the time I spent at our university, not only with the professors and friends but also with the encounters born from its deep history as an art and engineering university.

Message for prospective students

Here are some films that I have watched or wanted to watch during my exam period—great for refreshing your mind and soul:

Quadrophenia (1979)
3 Idiots (2009)
Soul (2020)
